Use of Messaging (Messenger and Instagram)

When you send a message to our official Facebook Page (Garage X) or Instagram account, our automated assistant “Bruna” may reply in real time, providing information about our vehicle inventory, financing options, store location, and other questions. Messages are processed on an internal system hosted on our server in Hamamatsu, Japan, and stored only for as long as necessary to maintain the conversation context. We do not share the content of these conversations with third parties, except when the customer explicitly requests to be handed off to our sales team (via WhatsApp) or as required by applicable law.
